The applicant is a person with qualifications in End User Computing or Business Management or Business Administrations skills.  End User Computing consist of a NQF qualification in the use of MS Office.  We will also consider applicants with an ICDL or MOUS certificate.  Registration as an assessor or moderator at the ISETT Seta will be a great advantage.  A Comptia A+ and N+ certification can be a great advantage for a candidate.

The key performance areas for a training facilitator are the facilitation of the outcomes based academic process in computer and business subjects.

The applicant is a person with a tertiary or post-matric qualification in teaching or training fields.  This person will also have Computing End User or Business Administration and Management knowledge.  Assessor, Moderator, ICDL or Mous certification will be an advantage because this is an academic position.  A college principal will have a general management and administrative ability.  Strong inter-personal and communication skills are essential in this position.

The key performance areas for a college principal will be to provide high quality management and administration for the college. Liaise with management, staff and other colleges in the group. The person will also be responsible for marketing and brand building in local area of the college. Facilitation of academic process is one of the more important duties.

This applicant is a person with experience and skills in marketing.  Good communication and personal relations skills is necessary because the person must be able to relate to senior scholars and young adults.  The candidate must be able to make a presentation in front of school learners and be able to give career guidance.  The candidate must have knowledge of end user computing and get a good understanding of the curriculum that Universal College Outcomes offers in their colleges.

The key performance areas of this position it to market the college and its outcomes based academic programs to schools and the public. The marketer must also conduct interviews and career guidance sessions with prospective learners and/or their parents.  They must also assist and support learners to manage their learning experience.
