Quality Assurance:

We operate in a professional and businesslike manner.

We are working according to a Quality Assurance Plan that is available from our Human Resources Division. We are constantly upgrading our Quality Assurance Plan in partnership with UMALUSI and the ETDP SETA.
Financial Security:

The financial security of the training institution is important, therefore we want to give the following information to our learners.

Our financial institution is ABSA Bank. Havenga, Rossouw and Viljoen Incorporated in Bloemfontein, a firm of chartered accountants, audit the Financial Statements of Universal College Outcomes SA. Suitable and safe premises:

All our colleges are operated on suitable and safe premises.
In order to ensure that we fulfil this requirement, we have also moved some of our colleges to better premises enabling us to provide even better service to our learners.
