Fees and Charges

Please visit a UCO College for a complete quotation, including fees.

No interest is charged if payment is settled in less than 4 months.
12% interest is charged on payment terms longer than 4 months.
Quotations include all course material and UCO internal assessment fees.

External assessments (exams) and registration fees for FMI, MOUS, ICDL, etc. are not included herein and are subject to the charges of the various bodies at the time of registration.

IT short courses (A+, N+ and INet) are only available at selected UCO Colleges.

Your registration fee covers: Awards Ceremony (attire excluded), internal assessments and Life Skills Workshops.

For security reasons, all payments are made to our bank; we do not accept or keep any payments/cash at the College.

Re-Assessment fees are excluding from course fees: Debit Orders for account payments are encouraged for convenience and security.

According to point 9 on the Contract of Enrolment, which the learner signs upon registration, all final assessments should be written within 12 months from the day of enrolment.

However, we give an extension of another 12 months at this point, which means that we allow the learner 24 months (2 years) in which to complete all final examinations.

Failure to do so, the learner has to pay a re-registration fee. This is a once off payment and the course fees will not be paid again.
