Mode of instruction

Universal College Outcomes SA prides itself in its unique programme and study methodology which enables learners to register throughout the year.

The academic year therefore starts, whenever you want it to start, providing flexibility, enabling you to study when it suits you and at your own pace.

The advantage of this is that you will not miss out if you are ill and you can revise sections whenever necessary.

This system benefits both fast learners who can move on to new material when they are ready and slower learner who should never feel intimidated by not being able to keep up.

Highly qualified Training Assessors are always available when our learners do need assistance. The Training Assessor will assist on a one-on-one base with the learner that needs assistance, this ensures individual and undivided attention. To guarantee a positive outcome and a high pass rate, learners are only allowed do to one short course at a time.

Only after the successful completion of that short course, will the learner continue with the next short course.

Learning Sessions are from Monday to Thursday from:

08:00 – 09:30
09:30 – 11:00
11:00 – 12:30
12:30 – 14:00
14:00 – 15:30
15:30 – 17:00

Pre- and Final assessments are conducted every Friday from:

08:00am – 13:00pm

Part time classes are from Monday – Thursday from:

17:00 – 18:00
and Saturdays from: 09:00 – 12:00

Learners may choose which class to attend during the day. Each learner will attend an orientation session during the first two weeks after registration.

During this session learners will be familiarized on all academic aspects of Universal College Outcomes SA.

Workshops will be offered on all the short courses from time to time to give learners the opportunity to get extra assistance on their short courses.
